I have been training with George for about a few months now and I just love it. Our workouts are never the same he always changes it up and finds new ways of challenging me. When I leave his studio I always feel like I had a great workout. I have some back problems and small discomforts here and there (usually due to me never stretching at home) and George knows exactly what to do to fix the problem and avoid anymore problems. I began working with George last April to increase strength, stamina and balance. His always positive and professional attitude, attention to exercise form, and experience kept me healthy while pushing me to my maximum. His innovative exercise techniques were never boring. We worked on the TRX and Kettleball as well as the other basic equipment. He encouraged me to work past the soreness – without his knowledgeable experience I would have stopped my exercise program. I have really enjoyed training with George! I began training with George a couple of months ago in preparation for physical agility test. He set up a versatile training regimen especially geared for my goals and targeted where I needed improvement. I noticed results instantly. We used kettlebells, TRX, and a variety of other techniques. I never got bored with my workouts and appreciated how George pushed and encouraged me throughout this whole process.

As a female, who has trouble with strength training – (due to reluctance and intimidation), George opened my eyes to how fun and interactive it can be! With a sensitive back, he worked around my needs and made sure with great attendance that I was comfortable with every part of each exercise we took part in. I felt a huge difference after only a few sessions. Never a dull moment, we listened to motivating music, we partook in some cool stuff like TRX, Kettle Bells, and out door agility work. By the end I felt stronger and I now have the necessary tools and knowledge to continue down the fitness path, and have George to thank.
